Beautiful modern villa Casa di Montes is located in a quiet place Zagvozd. Due to the proximity of the sea and the coast, but also the mountainous area of the Biokovo massif, it has a unique position and provides exceptional beauty of nature. Villa Casa di Montes was built in a contemporary style in 2021 and has 2000 m² of living space, and the capacity of the villa is for a maximum of ten people. The nearest pebble beach is 18 kilometers far away.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has four bedrooms. In each room there is 1 double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. A pull-out armchair measuring 160x180 cm can be used as an extra bed for two people. The villa has six bathrooms, of which 4 are inside the room. The spacious living room consists of a corner sofa, television, table and fireplace. The living room is followed by a kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate 8 people. The villa features a fully equipped gym.
On the outdoor terrace there is a beautiful heated pool of 40m² where you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days, and later relax on deck chairs in the shade. Complete pleasure will provide you with additional features that this pool has swimming, jacuzzi bench and massage chair.
The outdoor grill will give you the opportunity for family gatherings or pleasant socializing with close friends. The terrace is equipped with relaxing furniture and an outdoor dining table.
There are eight private parking spaces available inside the yard, and four more outside the yard.
During your stay outside the yard, you can often see cute domestic animals, and in agreement with the owner, you can visit them and experience the authenticity of this enchanting place. In addition, domestic products are available to you like fruits and vegetables that grow at a unique altitude. If you decide to spend your vacation in this beautiful villa, you will be greeted by a welcome package of other products such as homemade olive oil, homemade liqueurs and homemade wine.
