With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms it accomodates up to12 people. It has 340 m2 of indoor space and 100 m2 of outdoors (stone terraces and Mediterranean garden).
Ground floor living room is open plan, large kitchen and breakfast bar area, living room with stone fireplace, drawing room, direct access to the terraces. On the 1st floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms and a large open plan drawing room. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite bedrooms), family bathroom and a reading room. In the loft there is a spatious bedroom.
Each room has an Air Conditioning unit. Wireless internet access.

Panoramic sea views from the terraces and the villa. Villa is located on the road to the Old town - an easy 5 minute walk from Dubrovnik Old Town. Situated next to Saint Peters church whose morning bells are audible. Lower garden is accessible to our guests, but is occasionally used by the owners. The property is ideal for a group of freinds or as an extended family holiday home.
