Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location for car-free city exploration -- close to the historical center and attractions, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Both bed and couch were comfortable for sleeping. The room had absolutely everything needed. Underground parking spot was easy to find. Very quick communications with the host, very clear and detailed instructions.

Negative: Very nosy if you sleep with open windows (A/C is present, but not everyone in our party likes sleeping under it) -- bars across the street, drivers who think they have fast cars, and in general quite a bit of traffic on that street. But with closed windows it's quiet and non-issue.

Summary: Great location to explore the city. Nice apt with everything needed.
