Ground Floor: The ground floor is all about daytime comfort, featuring an impressive stone staircase, a kitchen and dining area with local stone flooring, and a spacious living room with oak parquet. A cosy winter garden and a guest WC complete this level.
First Floor: Three en-suite bedrooms await, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom opens to a large terrace with breathtaking views of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, Elafiti Islands, and Mljet. The “South Room” has a balcony with stunning views, while the “North Room” offers spacious comfort.

Guests are dropped off at the "Fire Station" crossroads and reach the garden area after a short climb of 98 steps (about 25 meters above sea level).
