This lovely apartment is situatedin theprestigious Ploče area. The apartment has aprivate terrace with sitting area which offers a partial view over the sea, the island of Lokrum and the Old Town. One of the finest hotels in town, Hotel Excelsior is just across from the apartment, while the Old Town is approximately 5 minutes walking distance and the famous Banje Beach is only a 3 minutewalk from the apartment.
Entering the apartment you will find yourself in the cozy open plan living room and kitchen with dining area. From the living area glass doors open onto a private terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 as well as a small coffee table with 2 chairs. Here, guests can enjoy a morning coffee, delicious meal or just relax and enjoy the view after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment also offers two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with double bed as well as 1 full bathroom with a shower.

Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changedonly on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficienttowels and linen will be left in theproperty. *
