It consists of one separate room, a large living room, a kitchen with dining room and a bathroom. Apartment is fully renovated in June 2024. Each part of the apartment is new and decorated in boutique sense to maximize comfort and luxury feel trough whole apartment It is suitable for families with children, couples, business travelers. One bedroom is with a large bed measuring 160x200 cm and a large wardrobe, while the second room is a combination of a study with a large folding corner sofa (140x200 cm sleeping place). A living room with lots of daylight, has a TV, a comfortable corner sofa for three people, where guests can relax and enjoy a rich TV program. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and everything guests need to cook meals, including oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. There are capsules for the coffee machine, several types of teas and basic cooking condiments. Next to the kitchen, the dining room area consists of a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom includes a shower tub, a sink with available hand soap, toilet paper, towels, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Air conditioning, and wifi available. There is a non-paying parking space near the apartment.
