Villa Green Paradise is located in a small picturesque village Gata surrounded with beautiful nature ready to welcome people from all over the world. Its unique position far away from the traffic and noise, surrounded just with amazing nature will make your holidays perfect.That is why we call our villa "Green paradise". Small town Omiš and beautiful sandy or pebble beaches are just 10 minutes away but if you prefer to stay in the villa you will have heated pool and many other things to fulfill your time. Villa is just 6 kilometers from town Omiš and amazing Cetina river and only half hour drive to the famous town Split. If you love famous "Game of thrones" TV show you will recognize scenery from many episodes. Also you will have access to lots of activities in the area, just to mention few of them: zipline, rafting, canyoning, boat trips....
Complete villa is equipped just for you. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioners and lcd tv. Also there is one family bathroom and toilet on the same floor.
Kitchen is fully equipped, connected with dinning area and living room all covered with air conditioner and exit to the spacious terrace with dining table suitable for 8 people.
On the ground floor is fully equipped Gym with sauna and bathroom (shower).
Outdoor area is a real gem, we have nice heated pool, big dining area with summer kitchen and traditional barbecue. There is also a big fenced playground for the kids and football/ tennis/volleyball court to have some fun with your kids or friends.

Summary: The property was beautifully located in rural Gata. It has everything required for a family wanting to relax and have fun on holiday and was as lovely as it looks in the photos. It was very well equipped for dining, with plenty of cooking equipment, plates, glasses etc which isn't always the case with rental homes, even when advertised for large groups. We loved the views and quiet village but also enjoyed being able to walk to 3 restaurants (Berito was our favourite) and a small supermarket, all within 5-10 minutes walk. We even took a hike up into the mountains behind the house which offered a brilliant view of the surrounding area. The town of Omis is only a 15 minute drive away and is well worth a visit with plenty of shops, restaurants, beach and the beautiful River Cetina. Ivana and Tony were very welcoming and clearly put a lot of care into the property. They live opposite the house and tend to the pool daily but we never saw them doing this as they do it very early in the morning. They respected our privacy but it was reassuring to have them close by in case we needed anything, and they very kindly delivered some lovely homemade drink and cakes! It was our first time in Croatia and we will definitely return.
