The nearest shop is 500 meters away, while the closest restaurant (one of three in the village) and bar are approximately 1 kilometer from the property. The Cetina River is 6 km away, offering a variety of outdoor activities such as rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, and a zipline park above the canyon. The city of Split is 25 km from the villa, and Split Airport is approximately 45km away.
The area offers many outdoor and adventure activities, including hiking and cycling on nearby mountain trails.
The villa is fully air-conditioned (except bedroom on the ground floor). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Heating is provided via electric systems and air conditioning units, and pool heating is available seasonally.
