PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The holiday villa nr. 2 offers 150m² of living space and is suitable for 6+1* persons.
It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor is a living / dining area with open stone fireplace, air conditioning (groundfloor only), satellite TV and DVD player. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (washing machine) with shower. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms (cooling fan)with double beds and each with its own bathroom with shower. The second floor is equipped with an additional living room (additional bed), a dining area and a small kitchenette. Here is also the third bedroom (cooling fan)and a bathroom with bathtub.
In front of the house is a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and an oven. This house hasa swimming pool, which is used together, but only with the guests of a neighboring house; this is provided with loungers and an outdoor shower.
Two parking spaces are available; Wi-Fi, safe deposit box and hairdryer. Cots, high chair, baby bath and fitness room are on request.
