On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with separate beds) and a bathroom, and the same is also found on the second floor. From the second floor you offer a beautiful view of the sea, 17 km away.

The house is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, so that all destinations on the peninsula are within a 30-minute drive.

The climate with lots of sun both in spring and autumn is pleasant, and the area is full of mountain bike trails and is ideal for hiking and picking berries.
