The holiday villa number 1 with communal pool is about 110 m² and suitable for 4 persons. It consists of ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there are two halves of the living room; one is in front of an open fireplace and the other is suitable as a TV corner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hotplate, electric oven, microwave), a bathroom with shower (washing machine), air conditioning(groundfloor only), TV, satellite dish, DVD player.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms(colling fan) and a bathroom with bathtub.
In front of the house you have a covered terrace, a barbecue area and a swimming pool, with outdoor shower. The swimming pool is however used together with the guests of aneighbourhouse. A parking space is available.
