It is in the Southern part of the city, but all attractions are easy to access with city tram or by bus, stations are 200m away. Big and very well supplied market place is 30 m from the building. You can buy everyting there - fruit, vegetables, meet, all you need for living. But if you want to eat outside, on the market place there are rotisseries, bars, coffee bars and a cake shop. You can see and feel how local people live. Neighbourhood is very quiet. The building is situated in a park with a lot of trees. Yu can feel confortable and with a big privacy.
