Villa Bruna is located in the small village of Gata, in a very unspoiled and quiet area, only 6km to the sandy beach and town Omiš, 250 m to a minimarket, and 13km to a highway. The view is open and you can see the surroundings with typical Mediterranean plants and a mountain view.
The villa has 260 sqm and is settled on the 750 sqm property that is fully fenced and has 2 garages and 2 outdoor parking places.
* The outdoor offers a private and heated Swimming pool 8m x 4m, 8 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining area with the traditional barbecue, a lounge corner next to it. The outdoor area is fenced and not overlooked, and you can only hear the sound of birds and crickets.
