This spacious , modern and comfortable property with private pool surrounded by untouched nature consists of 4 modern furnished apartments that is rented as a whole providing an ideal accommodation for larger groups or for families or friends who wish to enjoy holidays together -up to 14 persons ( 8 adults + 6 children up to 14/ or 12 adults).
Each of 4 apartments has cca 60 square meters inside area and consists of a hallway, bedroom (air conditioned), living room with double sofa bed ( air conditioned), completely equipped kitchen and bathroom with massage shower cabin.
2 apartments located on the ground floor ( apartment no 1 and apartment no 2) share covered terrace cca 25 m2 and 2 apartments on the first floor ( apartment no 3 and apartment no 4 ) share opened terrace cca 25 m2. Both terraces overlooking the forest and the pool are equipped with garden furniture and are suitable for outdoor dining.
Car is recommended. Villa has its own parking place, internet connection and SAT TV.
Swimming pool and sunbathing area with outside shower, deck chairs and umbrellas are available to house guests.
The owner is welcoming the guests and give them all necessary information about the region, trips, recommendation where to go and what to see.
The guests will also be provided with maps and leaflets containing information about the region.
