This lovely stone villa on a hill is located in an area of unspoiled nature, just outside the beautiful medieval city of Dubrovnik. The house has a modern interior, stone terraces, a private swimming pool area and spacious gazebo where one can relax on hot summer days.
House spreads over two floors. Ground floor consists of small entrance hall, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a pair of twin beds and open space living room with kitchen and dining area. Second bedroom with queen size bed is located on the 1st floor on the gallery above living room. Next to the house, there is a smaller building - ideal for spending time in colder months - where you will find a pretty stone barbeque with seating space in there. Prepare a home-cooked meal or on evening enjoy in some of the quality local wine, play card games or read your favourite book.

The holiday home is less than half an hour drive away from the beautiful town of Dubrovnik, which we strongly recommend visiting during your stay. Nearest supermarket is located approximately 6 kilometers away from the property in the nearby village Orasac. Nearest beach is also 6 kilometers away from the house.
