In den zwei Wohnimmern befinden sich jeweils ein Schlafsofa, sowie Essgelegenheit für 6 Personen. Die zwei offenen Küchen sind mit Backofen, 4-Platten-Ceranfeld-Herd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, sowie ausreichen Geschirr ausgestattet. Ein kleinerer Teil der Villa ist als Studio mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafsofa, sowie Kücheneile mit Kühlschrank, Cerankochfeld und einem Badezimmer ausgestattet.
Das steinerne Haus wurde in einem modernen Baustil direkt am Meer erbaut und bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Es besitzt drei Balkone mit Blick auf das Meer und das Velebit Gebirge. Auf dem ummauerten, abgeschlossenen Grundstück von einer Größe von 700 qm befindet sich der 65 qm grosse, 1,5 m tiefe, beheizbare Swimmingpool mit Massagedüsen und Wasserfall, sowie einer Aussendusche. Ebenfalls ein Grill, sowie Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten, und ausreichend Sonnenschirmen.
