The villa offers 130 m² of modern living space on an 800 m² fully enclosed plot and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a maximum capacity of 7.
Upon entering the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a bright and spacious open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge, all fully air-conditioned.
