VILLA SEABIRD Holiday House with Private Pool is located in Stranići kod Nove Vasi – a small place located 8 km from town Poreč and 5 km from the nearest beach. Interior size is 130 m² and terrace is 40 m². The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and the living room with kitchen and dining area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation has three air conditioners and one ceiling fan. There is a ceiling fan in the room with the bunk bed, while the other three rooms and the living room have air conditioners. The accommodation does not have a television. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Parties/events are not allowed.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
