The ground floor features an open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the terrace (40 m2) with outdoor seating. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a separate WC with a washing machine. The ground floor and first floor are not connected by an internal staircase, they are accessible only via an external staircase. On the first floor, there is a small, glazed balcony, a room equipped with a kitchen, bar stools, a sofa, air conditioning and a TV. There are also three bedrooms –one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. These two bedrooms are connected and separated by sliding doors. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine.
