The property is located in northern Dalmatia on the outskirts of the village of Tinj, (a 3-minute drive including the nearest supermarket) a 15-minute drive from the vibrant town of Biograd on the Adriatic coast. The region around Tinj is known for its wine production, with vineyards dotting the countryside. Visitors can visit the Agricultural cooperative Mašvina (a 4-minute drive away) to sample the local olive oil and wine.
Biograd is known for its beautiful beaches, rich history and maritime culture. The town attracts sun-seekers and water sports enthusiasts with its crystal-clear waters, sandy shores and amenities including beach bars and water sports rentals.
