On the ground floor you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with high-class appliances. All to yourself with everything you need for lunches, dinners and social moments for up to 8 people. A fine dining room and living room with large windows that give a lot of light to the room overlook the outdoor pool, veranda and garden. In the same open space there is also a comfortable living room with sofas for comfortably watching SAT Smart TV and enjoying company. The living room leads directly to the outdoor veranda where you can sit on a comfortable sofa or have lunch and dinner outdoors thanks to the large table. A paved outdoor area surrounds the entire house and connects to the garden, a large private pool for exclusive use, sun lounger and a barbecue area.
