This newly built house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor - the spacious open-plan ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a dining room with 10 chairs. Modern design and airy interior are the main features of this house. The ground floor also has one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a party room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with comfortable double beds and en suite bathrooms. The villa offers billiards, table football, darts and Playstation 4 for entertainment. Children will have fun on the slide, swing and sandbox, as well as a football and basketball court. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by wireless internet.
