The kitchen leads out to a sheltered dining area, where you can contemplate the picturesque surroundings and enjoy the warm, Mediterranean weather. There is one double bedroom on the first floor as well as a dressing room and bathroom. The double bedroom is like a mini apartment, with bright furnishings, ample storage space and a kitchen area with sink and cupboards. Further bedrooms can be found throughout the villa, with another three double bedrooms with bathrooms and a twin room. There are more sleeping spaces with sofas and armchairs that pull out to create further beds. sitting room area with a kitchenette (25 m2) and a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is also a built-in tub and a separate bathroom (5 m2) with a shower. There is also a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area.
THIRD APARTMENT (40 m2), located on the first floor with a
separate entrance, is a studio apartment which comprises a double bedroom, a sitting room area with a kitchenette and a separate
