Positive: Swimming pool, view, bbq facilities , ground floor apartment looked very nice, calm nights

Negative: Tiny parking spots, complicated communication (hosts don't speak english), hosts live in the building with you even here was stated that whole building will be only for us, extreme heat in the upper apartment probably also because of boiler inside the apartment, air-conditioning is possible with fee 1€ per hour per each aircon unit - 3 units in the upper apartment and one in ground floor apartment, upper apartment is tiny and not so comfortable as the ground one, hosts are also using the swimming pool / garden
