Arranged over two floors, connected by an external staircase, the house is designed for alfresco living and enjoys its own private pool, a sun terrace with loungers, a BBQ and an expansive garden.
Inside, the open-plan living area incorporates a large dining table, with 12 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Sliding doors lead through to a bright and airy TV room furnished with a large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling French doors flood the living areas with natural light and lead out to the terrace.

The closest town is Rovinj, a 10-minute drive away.
Rovinj is built on a small peninsula surrounded by a group of 20 islands and islets that make up the Rovinj Archipelago. These islands are known for their natural beauty, crystal-clear waters and opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, and boating. The town has a vibrant arts and cultural scene, with numerous galleries, studios and exhibitions showcasing the work of local artists. The heart of Rovinj’s old town is characterised by narrow cobblestone streets, colourful buildings and has a Venetian influence in its architecture. The town’s most prominent landmark is the Church of St. Euphemia which offers a panoramic view of the town and the sea from its bell tower.
There are also a number of shops, restaurants and other facilities in the nearby resort including an indoor aquatic centre and fitness centre offering a sauna, solarium and massage center.
