Villa Dias consists of two living units offering six ensuite bedrooms in total and extras such as a large outdoor private pool, sauna room, billiards table, exercise equipment, table football, outdoor children’s play zone, alfresco dining with authentic barbecue area and terraces offering splendid views of the breathtaking scenery around. Located on the slope of a mountain privileged views of the Adriatic, the islands across and the mountains can all be enjoyed from many of the seating areas, a pool deck or from any of the house windows. Constructed with traditional Dalmatian limestone the villa fits perfectly into the natural landscape while the interior ample bright areas are equally inviting and comfortable, showcasing exposed wood beams, tile floors, lounge area, fully equipped contemporary kitchen and a large dining table seating twelve, occupying 270 m² in total.
Eleven adult guests are comfortably accommodated in six of the bedrooms. There is an additional private attic studio with a single bed accommodating one more adult.
