From the moment you arrive, you will feel at home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere spreading throughout both the interior and exterior spaces. Inside, each room offers comfortable furnishings, with an open plan layout, making the whole villa feel spacious and social. On the ground floor there is a kitchen packed with all the necessary appliances such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, cooker hob, electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer. The dining area and cosy sofas offer space for you to curl up. Within the villa, there is a whole second living room with sofas and a dining table, so you can spread out and relax.
The first of the bedrooms is neat and clean, with a double bed and wardrobe for you to unpack. Doors allow natural light to flood in and lead out to a balcony overlooking the surrounding area. The second bedroom is another double, with another beautiful balcony overlooking the greenery outside. The third and fourth bedrooms both offer twin beds, ideal for siblings or friends to share, with windows that soak the spaces in sunlight and offer snippet views of the garden. There are four bathrooms, making your stay as comfortable and at home as possible.
Outside, it feels like a private sanctuary, where you can rest and restore, away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life, basking in the glorious weather for which Croatia is famed. This charming, modern holiday villa is located in a tranquil location within the stunning Krka National Park region. Located in the village of Brištane, you will be able to find all the necessary amenities like restaurants, shops and supermarkets within 500 meters of the house. This means, from the moment you arrive, you can fully relax, letting the stunning surroundings work their magic, easing any lasting worries and leaving you feeling rested and rejuvenated as you venture home.
The most difficult decision during your stay is sure to be whether to visit a sea beach or a river beach, with several of both nearby! Sibenik is just a half an hour drive from the villa, with beautiful sea beaches to offer. Sibenik is Croatia’s third largest city and known as a “gateway to the Kornati islands” which lie nearby. Sibenik has an interesting history paved with piracy and religion which has left a path of fascinating ruins and churches in its wake. The most notable of these would have to be the Cathedral of St James which has been decorated with seventy-one sculpted faces. These historical sites can be found across medieval Sibenik and most of Croatia which makes for a very in-depth historical tour. Away from the history of the city, there is a wealth of activities nearby with something here for everyone. Of course, there are the beaches which offer sunbathing, splashing, volleyball and water sports as well as bars and restaurants. There are day trips to the nearby islands and connections to other areas of Croatia.
Inland, you can take a stroll on the picturesque walking paths near the Krka River and have endless fun at its beaches. The Roški waterfall is a must-visit during your stay, as well as the nearby Oziđana pećina cave. For nature lovers there are few better spots in Croatia. Just imagine it, one day you are swimming in a waterfall and the next you are diving into the sea. Each corner you turn, the Krka national park has another magical secret to share with you.
