This beautiful villa is located in a small seaside settlement Sveti Filip i Jakov, just 25 km southeast of the city of Zadar and only 2km northwest of the old royal city of Biograd na Moru. Surrounded by olive trees and with its panoramic views of islands, the villa is at the short (150m) walking distance from the main beach in Sveti Filip I Jakov. The location is ideal if you want to explore national parks and nature parks – Kornati, Paklenica , Plitvica lakes, Lake Vrana and many more. Fun & Water park Dalmaland is also located near Biograd na Moru.
The villa offers 305m2 of luxury comfort and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has an open-plan ground floor - equipped with a modern kitchen, dining room with a big dining table, a spacious living room with a fire place and a big flat screen TV.
