It offers a quiet and relaxing vacation, but still only 25 km from famous 1700 years old town of Split. This villa provides a nice getaway from city life and you can truly experience untouched nature and be surrounded by trees, hills, birds and crickets providing a typical, relaxing Mediterranean sound. The whole property is perfectly organized for a comfortable stay for bigger families or group of friends where you have a lot of space to enjoy your stay all together and have fun, but then again several different spots to enjoy your favourite book without any disturbance. The Outdoor dining area is very comfortable so the group can really enjoy a perfect barbecue in absolute privacy. The whole property is fenced all around. All offered is exclusively for your use, with panoramic views on mountains and fields. Villa Breeze got its name by a slight breeze of cool air that happens every night between 8 pm and 10 pm and it is the reason why is so nice to sleep in our villa.

Second outdoor area offers a covered dining area with a spectacular view of mountains and fields with nothing in front of you but a big green lawn and hundred years old oaks. There is a swing on the lawn for kids to play and an outdoor barbecue.
Ground floor offers a spacious living room with a large wooden table, indoor fireplace, air conditioning, big screen tv with Netflix and Playstation. One big bedroom with Queen size bed and tv. Family bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all amenities for a comfortable stay.
First floor offers 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with queen size bed and balcony with natural tree shade. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with all appliances that you need. Family bathroom with shower and washing machine. The whole property is covered in free WI-FI.

Whitewater rafting, zip-line above Cetina river canyon, canyoning, easy boat tours on Cetina river or boat tour towards the island of Brač. In the town of Sinj you can try riding a horse. Trilj is 10 minutes away for restaurants, and the grocery store is within walking distance or 2 min ride. Krka waterfalls are 1-hour ride away and Split is about 20 minutes. Split Airport is 40 min ride.
