Positive: Nikolina was very helpful in arranging transfers, and all worked seamlessly. The villa location is excellent, and the gardens are lovely. We liked going off to sleep listening to the owl. The tortoise in the garden down the alleyway was another highlight. Villa was well equipped.

Negative: A "welcome pack" of some fruit and essentials such as tea, coffee , and milk would have been appreciated/ advised to be pre-ordered. Towel rail in bathroom.
