Equipped with all comforts, it guarantees elegant and exclusive vacations in Croatia. Strategically located on the Dubrovnik Riviera it offers a beautiful view over the Lopud and Šipan islands, Pelješac peninsula, and the islands of Jakljan and Mljet national park in the distance. Surrounded by a alpine trees and gardens, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday for people wanting quiet and privacy. The nine apartments are very comfortable, with views over the sea, all different, in size, colour, furnishing and finishing.
It consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a separate living room with an open and wide connection with a sea view balcony, more like an exclusive patio for sun bathing of the suite's guests. Living room and kitchen are around 60 m2, while the rooms are around 20 m2 each. Living room is connected with the great balcony where there are tables and chairs to dine and enjoy the sunsets. The main bedroom has its own balcony. Also, the kitchen has an outside terrace with open air table and private barbecue grill. The apartment can suit 9 persons. Inside the apartment there are all amenities necessary for long term stay like washing machine, refrigerator, dish washer, oven, fireplace, DVD, satellite TV, air condition, outside grill for BBQ, and kitchen equipment.

The location is 25 km (20 miles) west of Dubrovnik, closest is the village of Slano which is 5 km east of the apartments. Your stay at unique apartments is just few meters from the sea, which describes this location as an amazing and magnificent position rarely seen on the Dubrovnik Riviera. From you balcony or terrace you will have a far and wide view of the Dubrovnik archipelago of islands of Lopud, Sipan, Kolocep and Jakljan.

1. while driving along the Adriatic coast from north (Split) to south (Dubrovnik) on the Adriatic road you will pass the village of Slano (30 km before Dubrovnik). After Slano you will then have only 5 minutes along the Adriatic road (in direction of Dubrovnik) when you will see a sign Villa Ratac on the right side of the road. Park at the parking near the sign.
driving along the Adriatic coast from south (Dubrovnik) to north (Split) on the Adriatic road you will pass the villages of Zaton, Orašac, Trsteno and Brsečine. After passing Brsečine you will then have only 5 more minutes along the Adriatic road when you will see the sign Villa Ratac on the left side of the road. Park at the parking near the sign.
The reason why Villa Ratac is so popular, is its proximity to the beach, a beautiful Adriatic oasis where you will have a chance to get to know the unspoiled Adriatic sea. Our beach is where you jump into the sea as soon as you wake up. It is where you start the evenings following the sunsets with a glass of red wine. The beach at Villa Ratac is not huge but it is wide to accommodate up to 20 people without a rush, it has two shadows, under which there are stone tables. Between the shadows is the sun bathing area with sun chairs and sun beds. There is a shower, steps into the sea, a pier for our guests arriving by yachts or boats. Our beach is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation, nobody can disturb, it is quiet and it's all few steps from your apartment.
