The owner has done an excellent job in restructuring the old stone Istrian house (whose original stone walls are still preserved) and expanding the old foundations to get a spacious and luxurious villa with a modern layout as it is today. Attractive design solutions, high quality materials, attention to detail and comfort in harmony with the modern style of life is what you will find in this beautiful villa. The villa is on two floors and consists of a large and modern living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, four comfortable and originally furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the latest electronics and multimedia.
The villa is located in a small village, surrounded by greenery and only 5 minutes from the old town of Labin and Rabac with the most beautiful beach in Istria. Enjoy calmly near the large swimming pool (with counter current system) and if you want to be active there is a table for table tennis and trampoline for the children. You can also eat on the large covered terrace and for gourmets there is a large outdoor grill. The green plot around the house is 2200 m2.
