This renovated stone house is situated in the village Gradinje on a higher position with a stunning panoramic view on the river Mirna valley and picturesque medieval town Motovun. The house was built by the end of the 19th century and it was completely renovated in the year 2016, offering its guests a combination of traditional Istrian architecture and modern furniture. The house has a large terrace of approx. 60 sqm, private pool of 24 sqm with hydromassage and a parking space.
House for 4-6 persons of approx. 70 sqm consists of a kitchen with living- dining room, two-person's sleeping couch, shower/toilet – all at the ground floor which has access to the terrace with swimming pool, barbecue and table with sitting set. On the first floor is a two person's bedroom with a french bed and satellite TV, while on the second floor (attic) is another two person's room with french bed, satellite TV, shower/toilet and stunning panoramic view.
NOTE: In the period from 15th Novembre until 15th April the swimming pool is not in use!
