This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached building located near Porec, and consists of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is decorated in a traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and courtyard. Villa Parentium consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. There is also a baby cot and a high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free, wireless internet. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a cowered terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and barbecue.
