The Villa Karolina are in fact two old terraced Istrian houses, which were completely renovated in the year 2008 and furnished with rustical and attractive furniture. The house is an ideal facility for two or three families with children who like a higher level of comfort in the idyllic rural surroundings, on the other hand, they are not more than 10 minutes from the beach and the city centre. Located in a peaceful area on the edge of the village, the house has an enclosed garden of 700 sqm with private pool of 32 sqm, barbecue and a covered terrace with table and wooden benches.

Each of the units on the first floor has a living area with kitchen, dining table, sitting set and a separate toilet, while on the second floor (top floor) has two bedrooms, one double with a terrace overlooking the pool and the one triple bedroom, shower/toilet. On the ground floor at guests` disposal is an air-conditioned tavern with a large open fireplace for barbecuing, equipped kitchen, large dining table for 10 people and a separate toilet.
