Villa Santa Lucia is located on the island of Babac, which is located between Biograd na Moru and the island of Pašman. Babac is the only inhabited island in a group of 16 islets in front of Pašman. The island is a unique quiet and peaceful oasis because it is full of hidden coves and sandy beaches.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 4 modernly furnished bedrooms (two with double beds and two with two single beds each). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the villa also has a separate toilet.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a PlayStation 5 console, which will especially delight children. Netflix, WiFi, Marshall bluetooth stereo and iMac computer are also available. On the upper floor there is a spacious roof terrace with a wooden fireplace and an outdoor gas grill. ** Public parking (approx. €20-30 per week) is right by the sea in Turanj.
