Positive: Absolutely perfect location with the kids-friendly beach in 50 meters only (just cross the road and small park with a playground). Restaurants nearby and the properly equipped kitchen. A bit narrow dining area and the bathroom - need to get used to it. We was in the beginning of September - the area was quiet. Might be nosier in the high season due to road nearby.
