Villa Petra is a beautiful renovated old stone house located in the village Dracevac distant 9 km from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in 1930 and has been completely renovated in 2010. In reconstruction of the house were used purely traditional materials which gave this house its authenticity with a touch of tradition, combined with high comfort of a rural house. Situated on its own enclosed garden with well-maintained lawn of 900 sqm, guests of Villa Petra have on their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 24 sqm with sun beds, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a covered terrace with sitting set, playground with slides and swing and three covered parking places.
