The house is very spacefull and has an area of 240 m2 and provides everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. The villa has five rooms and 3 bathrooms one additionac toilette, gym, badminton court, pool table, table tennis and table football. On the ground floor house consists of two bedrooms equiped with comfortable double beds, bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
The house is constructed as two separate floors so it is also suitable for two families that wants to spend holiday together but in separate floors.
The shop is 300 meters from the house, the beach is 1000 meters away,and Opatija, is 2.5 km away. Holiday Home Relax has a big pool where you can relax and 6 sundbeds. By the pool there is an outdoor bar, ideal for drinking cocktails. In the garden, there is a seating set with 8 chairs, and on the upper terrace there is another set with 6 chairs, so this villa is ideal for larger families.
The house is air-conditioned (each floor has its own air conditioner) and all rooms have free Wi-Fi. In front of the villa there is a large private parking for several cars. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2023 to the 1st of October 2023
