This beautiful old comfortable stone house in typical Istrian style is located in the small Istrian village Kortina 10 km east of Buje and approx. 18 km from the sea. Private: fenced property, well-kept garden with grill, terrace with garden furniture, tiled swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) with salt system, parasols and deck chairs. The low salt content of 0.4% prevents red eyes and has a positive effect on the skin (no smell of chlorine). 5-room house 110 m² on 2 levels with air conditioning, rustically, tastefully and comfortably furnished.
