Beautiful and luxurious villa Salvia is located in the picturesque little village of Petrčane near Zadar. Surrounded by stunning greenery and situated on the coast, Villa Salvia is the best choice for all those who would like to experience Dalmatia and its authentic beauty. In the immediate vicinity of the famous resort Falkensteiner and with a living space of over 150m2, the fully air-conditioned villa Salvia provides accommodation for 6 persons.
The ground floor consists of a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, light-soaked and comfortable dining room and a luxuriously decorated living room with access to the yard. There is a toilet at your disposal as well. On the opposite side of the ground floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a private bath. The elegant interior of the villa Salvia is dominated by shades of white, brown and black with much attention being paid to details and dark geometric motifs of marine life, creating a special and relaxing atmosphere in which you will surely enjoy.

Summary: We loved our stay at Villa Salvia! The villa is beautiful with all three bedrooms of good size, each with its own en suite bathroom. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool which ranges in depth from approximately 1 meter to 1.7 meters, perfect for us and warm enough for even a morning swim. We cooked some breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen and had everything we needed. There is a well stocked market just 200 meters away, also a nice ice cream shop, bakery, and restaurant in that same area. There is a back gate leading directly to the pebble beach and path along the beach. Since this is a newly developed area driving and parking are easy even with a larger car. Roads are good and fast allowing us to easily access Krka NP, Sibenik, and of course Zadar and beautiful little Nin with its sandy beaches and adorable, walkable downtown. Mario welcomed us and gave us a very complete tour of the house and was always responsive for questions and checkout. The initial deposit payment is made though a secure site in kuna but Kaltrina will guide you through the process if you have questions; expect to have to give Visa or Mastercard a heads-up if it's a foreign transaction for you. If you have a larger group and need more space VillasPuntaSkala own multiple other villas in this same development, they all look beautiful.
