Villa Sunset Water is a unique apartment Villa located on the seafront of Vis town, Croatia. Coated with exquisite Brač stone, the same type of stone used for the facade of the White House in Washington D.C and equipped with finest wooden interior.
The 4 floors of the Villa were completely renovated and refurbished in 2017 after the construction in 2000. There are 4 exquisite apartments integrated into one Villa while retaining the privacy of each part.
Each bedroom has a beautiful sea view and each apartment has large terrace with a sea view to enjoy sunbathing and alfresco dining. Fully equipped apartments with comfortable beds and air-condition will serve you as a temporary home in the heart of antique part of Vis.
Villa Sunset Water has 540 sqm of wonderful interior space and 310 sqm of terraces with a sea view including 225 sqm of private terrace/beach as part of the largest apartment that stretches all the way into the sea allowing direct entrance into the sea via swimming stairs and a possibility for up to two yachts berths.
In walking distance from the Villa are many perfect restaurants, supermarket, market, ATM, bars, bakery, tourist agency for rent a bike/car/boat, candy store, etc.
Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms with double beds. There is a luxurious marble lobby with a chandelier, marble steps, artistic details, 7 fully equipped bathrooms and 4 fully equipped kitchens, large outdoor BBQ with sink, outdoor shower, interior custom made marble fireplace, high-end interior all over the Villa, air-conditioning, several dishwashers and washing machines, coffee makers, etc. You can enjoy watching movies on one of the 8 satellite flat TVs, sunbathing on 4 terraces and private beach and swim just several steps away from Villa. Upon prior agreement we can arrange a Boat transfer from Split airport or other location to pick you up and transfer you directly to the Villa’s berth so there is no need to use a public ferry.
