With 280 m2 of living space and a total property area of 600 m2, this villa provides the perfect retreat. It is just 100 meters away from the nearest pebble beach, offering excellent opportunities for entertainment, swimming, and exploring the marine depths.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and on the upper floor, guests will find 6 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), each with its own en-suite bathroom and terrace for sipping morning coffee with a beautiful view.In the living room, another two guests can sleep on the 2 pull-out sofas.
The ground floor offers a modernly equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals for family and friends. In the dining room, you can enjoy delicious dinners.
