The luxury villa Moana is located on a hill in the wine village of Vrbnik, next to Villa Manatis, surrounded by olive trees, and stands out with its modern architecture from the rustic atmosphere of Vrbnik. A pool over 12 meters long, a barrel sauna under olive trees, and a whirlpool invite you to relax in the olive grove with a sea view. In 2022 the construction of Villa Moana began on a spacious plot only 250m from the sea and in July 2023 the luxury villa in Vrbnik will open for you.
With 3(+1) bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a cozy luxury holiday by the sea with friends or the whole family becomes a reality. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and balconies with incredible views. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with cooking island, bar and utility room, a cloakroom and a separate toilet. There is also another special room with a cozy bunk bed for 1-2 children or young (at heart) adults with a large desk for the home office.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and a dining area. A few steps lead down from the terrace to the pool area, where the over 12 meter long heated pool with a shallower chill out area is located. For cozy evenings, there is a lounge area between the pool and the villa with a fireplace and a whirlpool with a view of the illuminated old town of Vrbnik. Below the pool you will find the barrel sauna in the olive grove, and an outdoor fitness area.
We also offer a 50cc Vespa scooter free of charge for your stay, which you can use to ride to the old town or to the beach in a holiday feeling.
