The villa is located in the south of Istria, a Mediterranean peninsula, and offers a luxurious experience of accommodation with a very high level of privacy, ideal for families and groups. It is very well connected with all major attractions in Istria. With more than 300 m2, divided into two floors, with external staircase and with 4 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 12 guests. A private pool, an outdoor grill and a children's playground are only a part of the comfort of Villa Nikolina. The area around the swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas and 8 sun loungers. For complete privacy and security, the garden is surrounded by a hedge and a fence. The garden also has a barbecue area with a large dining table. The house offers parking for 4-5 cars. The restaurant near the house (600 m) is one of the most popular in the region. This beautiful luxury villa in Sisan will delight anyone who wants a quiet location near the city, easy access to the beach, beautiful scenery, fun and good food and the proximity of all major attractions of Istria. Also in the vicinity of the house (300 m), is one of the best Winkeller in Croatia, here you can taste the wine from the southernmost region in Istria.
