Top modern villa - built in 2021 Maristra is a top modern new build villa - BJ 2021 - with its own pool, barbecue and children's playground on a completely closed plot with lots of privacy! The large, bright living room offers a pool view and great facilities! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning, the 3rd bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a double if desired. Youth groups are not allowed! Villa Maristra is located in Sisan, a suburb of Pula - only approx. 6 km (10 min *) from Pula. The popular seaside resort of Medulin with its beaches that are very suitable for children and many attractions is 4 km (6 minutes *) away. The Bjeca sandy beach in Medulin (6.2 km) is only 11 minutes * by car. It is just under 5 km (approx. 8 minutes *) to the beaches of the neighboring town of Liznjan. The closest beach in Sisan with many small, enchanting bathing bays is only 3.6 km away - but you can only reach this secluded beach via an unpaved "bumpy road". Here you have to "watch out for the rims ..." and therefore need approx. 13 minutes *. But it's worth visiting these enchanting, secluded bays! In addition, you will find many other beaches in the vicinity of Pula and Medulin - please refer to our page Istrian Sun> “Beaches”!
