From large glass walls, there is a beautiful view of the area with small scattered islands: Skoljic, Ljutac, Borovnik, Bisaga, Hrbosnjak, Mimonjak, and Maslinjak islands.
The heated swimming pool of 32 m2 has 8 cozy beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The pool is not heated from November 1 – April 1, 2023.
The terrace is particularly nice on a sunny day. Several sitting areas are great for your first-morning coffee, reading a book, or just contemplating.
Below the villa, there is a well-maintained garden with one part designed for children. Sports lovers can exercise in a perfectly equipped fitness room. Later, you can relax in a modern sauna.
The stairs lead you to a path through a beautiful pine forest, and finally you reach the promenade, the beach and the blue Adriatic Sea.
