The beautiful Villa Olea Vir is located on the island of the same name, Vir, which is surrounded by the Vir Sea and the Povljana Channel, as well as numerous smaller bays. It is 26 km from Zadar, while the nearest town of Nin is 15 km away. Since 1976, Vir has been connected to the mainland by a harbor bridge, making Vir an integral part of the mainland. This is a place where every year many tourists want to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation during the day, while in the evening they can enjoy themselves in the nearby cafes and clubs. Villa Olea Vir was built in 2021 in a modern architectural style and offers guests 240 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 4000 m2. It is only 400 meters away from the bright and clean sea, which provides a great opportunity for pleasant refreshment and swimming in the sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, optimally 6 people. Upstairs you are comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with two double beds (160x200) and two single beds (90x200). There are also two bathrooms with shower, one is normal and the other is ensuite. On the upper floor you can also enjoy the terrace where there is a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and hang out with the family. There is plenty of space on the terrace for children's play and entertainment, and the villa's additional facilities include an extra bed (90x200), a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as 3 separate toilets. Children will have lots of fun playing on the PlayStation and can use the slide and swings. The yard of Villa Olea Vir is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. The whole island of Vir is one big beach and many bays of Vir hide the undiscovered charm of untouched nature. The beaches are mostly located next to a pine forest, surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Children will have fun in the aqua park on Jadro beach, which is famous for its mini slide down to the sea or jumping into the sea from the highest point.
