The pretty stone house Casa Mare Monti offers 120 m² of space for up to five people. Built in 1895, it has been extensively restored and shines in new splendour. The antique furniture gives the house a special charm.
It has two floors, with the air-conditioned living room and the large dining kitchen on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and the 22 m² pool. On the upper floor are the two air-conditioned bedrooms ( 1 x double bed 180 cm, 1 x double bed 160 cm and single bed). The bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor, so that it is easily accessible via a few steps from both the ground floor and the upper floor.
A special highlight is the pool house with cosy seating and shower/WC. Here you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.
Livade is located in the heart of Istria 3 km north of Motovun and is known as the truffle capital.
