Cycling, running and walking routes are all available close by, leading you to the gorgeous Rovinj beachline. The interior size amounts to 112 m2 and there is a big nice sunny terrace/patio. The whole object is located on the ground floor.
The House consists of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, a lovely comfortable living room with a sofa (which can be used as an additional sleeping facility for 2 persons), a completely equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and with a dining area, as well as a terrace perfect to enjoy a morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of wine in the evening.
